- For refunds, ticket purchase must be cancelled 24 hours before pick-up date by calling 1-800-718-SLVR (7587). Please allow 7-10 days for credit.
PARTIALLY USED TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
In the event of poor weather or closed venue, tickets will be refunded at the discounted rate upon return of ticket to the visitor center at 86 South C Street, Virginia City, NV.
