This small mining town feels like a real-life vintage Christmas book embracing the slower pace of the holiday spirit with lights and shops decorated to the hilt. Festivities for all ages range from unique boutique holiday shopping, specials, a lighted Christmas parade and more. Have some spirited fun on the Grinch Made Me Do It Saloon Crawl, featuring specialty holiday drinks at participating saloons. Cap your night off with David John and the Comstock Cowboys, Christmas in the Sierras concert.

Parade of Lights

The Comstock shines bright with Christmas cheer during the month of December but it shines brightest during the Parade of Lights. Join the festive parade Dec. 2 at 5 pm.

Christmas Craft Fair: December 2
The Virginia City Senior Center is hosting a Christmas Craft Fair Saturday, December 2. The fair is open 10 am - 4 pm. Booths include Christmas crafts, fudge, knitted apparel and more!
